Trojan War Helmet

This hand-made Helmet is inspired by the Trojan War period that was waged against the city of Troy by the Achaeans (Greeks) after Paris of Troy took Helen from her husband Menelaus, king of Sparta.

Descripion: A stylized variaton of the Italo-Corinthian one piece helmet with a striking black plume.

Historical Period: 5th and 4th centuries BC

Inspiration: Greek mythology and the epic poems of the Trojan War’s ten-year siege of the city of Troy.
