Auxiliary Infantry archetypical early Imperial Italic B type helmet. A rounded bowl, brow reinforcement or “peak,” and narrow neck guard with a single embossed step, an embossed “faux visor”, and ear openings are protected by a turned-out flange are some of the features on this steel and brass trimmed helmet.

The best surviving example is in the Archaeological Museum in Zagreb.
