A buckler is a small shield, 15 to 45cm (6 to 18 inches) in diameter, gripped in the fist and generally used as a companion weapon in hand-to-hand combat during the Medieval period. This 14-gauge steel version offers a further build option within our buckler range, suited to genuine sparring and re-enactment combat.
