This arrowhead follows the London Museum Type 12 pattern, a triangular bodkin form copied directly from surviving medieval originals.
The triangular cross-section gave this bodkin variant genuine rigidity along its length while keeping the point narrow enough for effective armour penetration, a design refinement within the wider bodkin family of war arrowheads.
Deepeeka’s reproduction is hand-forged from high carbon steel, sold as a standalone head for mounting onto a shaft of your choice, part of our historical archery range.
