Description
This 15th Century Hand and a Half Sword is a surprisingly agile sword for its size, this ensures the sword is swift on the strike and a fine sword for drills and use. Swords of this type had a steeply angled blade to ensure that they had excellent thrust and puncture potential, but the main cutting portion of the blade is still suitably wide for surprisingly strong cuts which altogether make for a sword that is ready to adapt to the situation. The blade is hand forged from C60 high carbon steel which is a steel with properties similar to 1060 high carbon steel. The guard and pommel are crafted from resilient steel and the wooden grip is tightly bound in high quality leather. The sword blade and tang are durably anchored into the hilt
