This helmet is inspired by the Roman occupation of Nijmegen, Netherlands from around 55 BC to around 410 AD. This modestly adorned helmet features traditional embossments, minimal brass trim, sloping necking neck guard, and hinged cheek guards.
This Roman helmet is inspired by the Roman occupation of Nijmegen, Netherlands from around 55 BC to around 410 AD. This modest steel reproduction is based on a found near the amphitheatre in Besançon, France and features only minimal brass trim, a sloping necking neck guard, hinged cheek guards and no tube for a crest holder.
